Cancellation by the Client

• More than 2 weeks before the booking: Clients may cancel their booking by providing written notice. The advance amount will be refunded after a 10% deduction towards administrative and payment processing charges.
• 1–2 weeks before the booking: The advance amount will be refunded, subject to a 30% deduction for administrative, operational, and scheduling costs.
• Less than 1 week before the booking: The advance payment will be non-refundable, as the booking slot has been exclusively reserved and is unlikely to be reallocated on short notice.

Rescheduling by the Client

• One complimentary rescheduling request is permitted if it is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking.
• The revised booking date must be scheduled within 30 days of the original booking date and will be subject to studio availability.
• Any subsequent rescheduling request may attract additional administrative charges.
• Requests made within 72 hours of the booking may not be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation unless approved by the studio.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Purple Key Studio

In the unlikely event that Purple Key Studio is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to technical issues, maintenance, staff unavailability, or any other unforeseen operational reasons: 

• The booking will be rescheduled to the next available suitable date at no additional cost, subject to mutual convenience.
• If rescheduling is not feasible, the client will receive a 100% refund of the advance amount, with no deductions.

Force Majeure

Purple Key Studio shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
• Government restrictions or lockdowns
• Civil disturbances, strikes, or public emergencies
• Power grid failures or utility disruptions
• Any other force majeure event

In such cases:

• Every effort will be made to reschedule the booking to the next available date, subject to studio availability and mutual agreement.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the advance amount will be refunded after a 30% deduction towards administrative, operational, and booking management expenses.
• Purple Key Studio shall not be responsible for any indirect losses incurred by the client, including travel, accommodation, production costs, or third-party vendor charges.

Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
• Any payment gateway or bank processing charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the client.
