By confirming a booking with Purple Key Studio, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Purple Key Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking if any client or team member engages in unlawful activities, causes damage to the property, behaves in a disruptive or abusive manner, or violates the studio rules.

Clients are responsible for the conduct of all members of their team, including photographers, videographers, models, makeup artists, stylists, assistants, and any other personnel accompanying them.

Purple Key Studio shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or delay arising from the client’s use of the premises, equipment, or services, except where caused by the studio’s proven negligence.

The studio reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect on the booking date shall apply.

Force Majeure Disclaimer

Purple Key Studio shall not be held responsible for any interruption, delay, or cancellation of services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, internet outages, strikes, civil disturbances, pandemics, or any other force majeure event.
