1. Booking & Rental Duration

• The studio rental period begins at the scheduled booking time or when the first team member enters.
• The rental period ends when the last team member exits the studio.
• Clients are advised to plan their shoot, setup, and pack-up within the booked duration.  

2. Payment & Confirmation

• An advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining amount must be cleared as per the agreed terms before or immediately after the shoot. 

3. Time Management 

• Clients must vacate the studio at the end of their allocated time slot, especially if there are consecutive bookings.
• A grace period of up to 30 minutes is allowed for pack-up.
• Any delay beyond this will incur full hourly charges.

4. Studio Usage Guidelines

• The studio must be used responsibly and maintained in a clean condition.
• Clients may use only the sets finalized during booking. Additional sets can be accessed at an extra cost, subject to availability. 
• Props, furniture, and décor must be returned to their original positions after use.
• To ensure cleanliness and maintain studio standards, footwear is not permitted within the studio. Shoe covers will be provided for your convenience and are mandatory for use.  
• Sets are strictly for shoot purposes and cannot be used as waiting or resting areas.
• A designated pantry area is available for meals and refreshments. All food and beverages must be consumed only in this area. 

5. Equipment Responsibility

• Your booking includes only the props within the selected setup. All in-house equipment and any additional prop used during the shoot will be charged separately. 
• All equipment and props must be handled with care.
• The client is fully responsible for any damage caused to the equipment and accessories during shoot.
• Any damages will be charged on an actual basis.

6. Restrictions

• No smoking is allowed inside the studio premises.
• Use of paint, powder, color, flour, or similar materials is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved.
• No items or equipment are allowed to be placed in common areas outside the studio.
• Access to sets is only permitted if they are booked. Unauthorized usage will be chargeable.
  

7. Studio Assistance

• The studio assistant is responsible only for assisting with in-house equipment and props. 
• Full shoot execution, handling, and supervision remain the client’s responsibility.

8. Personal Belongings

• The studio is not responsible for any personal belongings or equipment left behind.
• Any items must be collected within 4 hours of booking completion.

9. Compliance

Failure to adhere to the above policies may result in:

• Additional charges
• Immediate termination of the booking
• Restrictions on future bookings
